For the first time in 21 years, I'm worried about the future of my job.
Times are getting tough, and the company I work for are down sizing. Oh, they have had "cut backs" before, but this time it affected my department. People have been moved around, and or laid off. I'm wondering if I should just look for another job.. But, after 21 yrs. at the same place, it's kind of scary to start over! UGH!
I have to go in an hour early today for a big meeting...

I had to come back to this post, because after I finished, and posted it I clicked on "Stumble" and it brought me to this site...

Hi Linda, I'm sorry you are worrying about your job. Wow, you have been there a long time. I hope your meeting was "okay." It is a little scary to think about looking for a new job, but God never gives us more than we can handle. And if it ends up you have to get a new job it could be even better than what you have now!! I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. ~nancy~

The meeting didn't go too bad, but they did say sales have to improve, or we might shut down in the next 5 yrs.
