I have been addicted to Mt.Dew for some time now....I don't drink Coffee, so the Dew was were I got my caffeine.
I do drink several cups of Green tea in the mornings, then it was Mt.Dew for the rest of the day.
I am on day 2 with NO Dew, and doing pretty good!
Without the Dew, I am hoping to shed at least 5 lbs.
After I get this all out of my system, I plan on working on a few more bad habits.
I'm not even cranky....
