Thank God we heard a noise, and pulled into a truck stop before it blew!
Then we came across a wreck, which had traffic stopped for awhile.
Stayed overnight in Tenn.
Good God, it seemed like it took us forever to get down to Florida.
Once we got there we were pretty busy with the wedding, but we did manage to get down to the beach a few times.
I just love sand dunes, grasses, and fence.

Even with a crappy hair cut,(mine) we had a blast, and would love to return!
Made a bee-line for home...drove about 13hrs. with no problems!
I usually don't sleep well away from home, but I slept like a baby every night.
Now that I'm home, I'm sleeping like crap.
We need a new bed!

We're really glad you made it down to Florida! I hope that this was a worthy vacation adventure. =0) Alec and I run into those things all the time.
We always plan on "something" to happen when traveling..it's all part of the adventure.
