I'm losing my Butt

I have recently noticed that I have no Butt....It's getting flat, and I don't fill out my jeans like I use to! Time to start on my exercises...
Oh, the joys of getting older!
I don't care how old you are, every girl wants to look good in a pair of jeans!

Starting today...Lung, squat, walk...etc.....

Oh, and since I stopped drinking Mt. Dew, and all pop, I have lost about 8 lbs.
(that's where my butt has gone...it was all the pop.)

Linda you crack me up!! (Pun intended!) I think I found your butt! Actually, I am trying real hard to watch what I eat and I've been walking every day. Limited walking...due to all my health issues but at least I've started!!

Hmmm, I guess I don't have that much of a butt either. Never thought about it until now. I walk and do some weight lifting, (nothing strenous, just to keep arms from getting flabby and strenghten the bones)and watch what I eat. Most of the time. Hope you get your butt back! LOL.
