Welcoming the New Year

First project of the year...I started this last year (Friday) and got it finished today....
"CHALKBOARD PAINT"  I love this stuff!  I have 2 events to go to soon, and thought I'd try and make something with the Chalkboard paints.
I have an old Bread Box...Hated the picture that was on it...add some chalkboard paint, and viola....
Got a plain board from Wally World. Painted the trim white,
then added the black chalkboard paint.

Add a little message...

I also painted the Candle Sticks..(not finshed yet.)

Trying to stay busy with projects.
Maybe I should write NO SMOKING on my
new board!

Until next time......

You're a good egg Linda. I've wondered about that chalkboard paint. I saw in a magazine, someone who painted an entire wall with it.

The No Smoking Thing would be a good message :-)

Love the chalkboard paint idea. You are a crafty one, aren't ya? It's good to be talented, although I wouldn't really know. LOL
